I was playing as Lash, and for some error in my muscle memory, I went to upgrade my 2 and 3 instead of 1 and 3 (my default upgrades for rounds 2 and 1, respectively), and so I accidentally upgraded my 2 - I think twice - and then went to remove them, but 1 point stayed despite being refunded. You can see in round 2 both me and Apollo have our 1 and 3 fully upgraded, but I have an extra point in my 2.
