hi
express shot shows that it gives extra damage to melee and puddle punch . roughly 300 to 450. but i don't think it makes a difference and im guessing its not meant to.
side note, but its frustrating the extra range , duration and speedy cool down are all spirit. if im not building spirit it feels a waste to get the extra spirit as a result
