Explore NYC Gamemode is currently bugged

Game crashes upon launching the gamemode. And when it does load, it's pitch black (attached image of the screen and when pressing the pause menu)

+1 Also you can swap hero and it brings you to the spawnpoint, but it still doesnt load your character
