Explore NYC doesnt work on new patch

I tried multiple times, to start explore NYC. But it just gts stuck at "joining the fight as *hero name* and doesn't progress
Only workaround I found was using console to load the map midtown manually

It was working for me yesterday and this morning, but now when I try it just crashes immediately.
