Experiencing issues joining games.

When joining any game via matchmaking the loading screen with Haze will display with no other ui. If i press tab i can see the objective map in the top center with no other ui features like I am in a game. If i press escape then it provides me menu options to Leave spectating or something along those lines. It also displays the suicide and unstuck buttons.

This bug persists through a pc restart, a steam file verify, and a game reinstall.

It also effects spectating games using a match id. When i couldn't play with my friends I attempted to spectate a match and the same issue occurred. This does not effect the hero training area. I can enter that mode fine.

I've attached dxdiag data if that is helpful.z

I was using the vulkan renderer and when i switched to Directx11 it went back to working.
