Not a pressing issue, but the name of the game's .exe file should be "Deadlock.exe" so that the taskbar, Start menu, and desktop icons all say "Deadlock" instead of "project8".
I think this is done for secrecy, so that people don't accidentally burn anything about the game, even if they demonstrate the desktop somewhere. When the game is released, they will definitely rename the exe file

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if they didn't. TF2 was still called hl2.exe until this April. A lot of source games still are named hl2.exe (since a lot of source games are built off of the code/assets made for HL2).
Renaming things in programming may break a lot of litle and big things, that you may not even be aware of, so dont be surprised if it wont be renamed ever

I am aware of this. I understand it's not always an easy fix. I've seen this kind of thing with other software's .exe files too. I just posted about it because I think long-term, it'd be nice to have. That being said @Hallucinate made a good point that dota 2 files still say dota 2 beta... so I'm not holding my breath.
