Everyone stuck at start with starting match

Nobody was showing the connecting icon or anything just stuck on looking at each other for 2-3 minutes, then game(looking at each other at start) ended for no reason. There was no indication of what went wrong it just didn't start. Got stuck at waiting for match to start.

Had this happen a couple of times. I noticed every time that one of the teams were missing a person before it shut down the game. So could be a issue with a early early leaver or a person crashing?

If so, the ui had a bug, it didn't show that anyone was disconnected
