Every time game launches, it resets graphics to default

every time i launch the game my graphics are reset to one of the default slider values, the 3rd slider value is what it autopicks as my graphics but whenever i go into advanced settings it does not save my choices the next time i launch the game, even when i press "apply setttings"

Make sure your game folder isn't on read-only and then open the game and change your settings, after that close the game with the "Exit Game" button on the ESC menu so the game is able to save the config files. Alt-F4ing can cause settings to not save in the game files.
If ^ doesn't work then I guess you have to get an exorcism for your game lol.
