Ethereal Shift Post-Use Status Effect Doesn't Work

The buff that Ethereal Shift gives after the intangibility state is applied, but doesn't give any of the stats listed in the item's description. First video given shows each of the stats (Spirit Resist, Spirit Power, and Move Speed) being tested with and without the buff.

Additionally, selling Ethereal Shift in the shop during the intangibility results in the timer for the following buff not being set, making the effect last until death. Due to the item not actually applying any new stats, this is purely cosmetic. Second video given shows the bug/exploit being used.

About 1st one: it works as intended for me. Something's wrong with your game.

2nd one is what I can confirm. Also it eats one extra post Ethereal Shift effect if you buy it again.

Yeah, checking again it seems like the first bug is gone now. I guess they patched it. The second one is still present, but also still doesn't affect any stats.
