running into an issue where the escape key does not pull up the menu when in game, instead it will in the background pull up the "browse builds" menu for builds
steps to recreate:
1. start queue
2. from main menu, click hero
3. select any hero and the builds button on the top left
4. queue pops into the game while browsing for builds
5. now escape menu will not function during gameplay
