I sadly forgot to record while it happened and it definitely wouldn't be reproducible by watching the demo replay.
I just recall entering an instant replay while dead in which I was getting sucked into Dynamo's ult. As soon as the replay started, the entire world and characters lost all lighting, resembling mat_fulbright. This continued even after exiting the replay. Then, it fully crashed to desktop after around a minute.
