Enemy minion got stuck in tunnels under map leading to wave not pushing

Happened at 30:29 with an Archmother minion getting stuck Blue lane. The Hidden King lane did not push at all for the rest of the game and got stuck trying to attack the minion stuck under the map in the tunnels. I have attached a video.
