Video attached shows that the Cooldown of Sand Blast is 42s in the UI element, but when you use the ability with Enchanted Barrier's passive, the Cooldown in the UI element doesn't change but the actual Cooldown of Sand Blast is infact reduced by 3s (8% of 42s)
