Email Invite Issue

Hi, I have 2 cases where my friend's invites haven't gone through, and I believe 1 case was completely my fault as I typed in the wrong email address whereas the other more recent case I'm unsure if he didn't get approved or the same email mistype mistake happened again. If any moderators follow up with me i'll provide their steam ID's and emails used/corrected. Thank you in advance.
 
In case you made a mistake, you can resend the invitation again, if you think the invitation has not been approved, the invitation system may be busy and depending on the workload, the invitation may arrive within a day but no more.
 
I had a similar issue; however the invite hasn't gone through in over 2 weeks.

I input the email and then realized I could select the gamertag and did that. Then I removed the email in case his email was different than steam. For whatever reason it let me submit it, and even after resending with the correct email nothing is happening.
 
Same with a friend where I used an email he as no access to and 5 different people also invited him and he hasn't received the email. Could you guys make it so after a certain amount of time the invite gets canceled or able to resend invite to another email.
 
Im wondering if Valve is looking at certain criteria of a Steam user and manually deciding if the invite should or should not go through. In all honesty that would kind of be a sensible thing to do.

Nope, i was able to invite other people and those people too. They only send 1 email where you confirm the access but it must only send once.
That's what I think it's happening
