Currently when you have Echo Shard up you need to actually remember what was your last non ultimate ability which is tad annoying especially in the chaos of the fight which could lead to misplays
Thats why i would like to suggest a form of buff to this item in form of small icon next to Echo Shard icon showing what was last ability used so its easier to realize "Oh hey, my Echo shard will refresh my Bebop Bomb so i go for double bomb play!"
