Ear Deafening Audio Bug (Bebop Ult & Boom)

While casting Bebop Ult or Boom if you die sometimes the audio get glitched. It didn't go ever after I am dead and respawn, and I needed to restart the game. I will include AvarageJonas clip with it but same happened with me, but I wasn't able to record.
