Make it only work on airborne/dodge rolling targets. I mean dynamo already has a knockup so it doesn't completely gut the ability and gives it more counterplay. Might need to revert some of the range nerfs to make it not suck too much but I think this could be really cool. Idk I just don't want to have a point where they keep stacking up small nerf after small nerf on dynamo to try and make him easier to play against until it reaches a tipping point and he just becomes really bad.
