[Dynamo] Stuck on ULT pose glitch

Died when ULTing, and when i respawned (playing as Dynamo), my character model was "stuck" at the ult animation. Could still walk, shoot, use specials etc.

This stopped once i died and respawned

Happened to me too, pausing and rejoining works.

I had this happen on Talon. Similar situation, stuck in ultimate pose.
