Dynamo second skill and Double Tap self cast conflict

I have Self-Cast set to Double Tap. When I play Dynamo, I can never bring allies with me using the second skill, because my 2 button is used for both Bring Allies and Deselect. If I press the 2 button, the skill does not activate (Deselect having higher priority). I can only cast the skill with LMB, which does not bring allies.
