I am playing Dynamo here. I went to perform a Singularity with refresher into another singularity. in the time between my first and second singularity Bebop hooked me and caused me to be permanently ragdolled for the rest of the match. this ragdoll state inhibits move speed i think and also makes it so you can not roll. can still dash in the air though.
