[Dynamo Kinetic Stomp Bug] Kinetic Pulse hits through walls and cover

I have clips of the weird movement of Kinetic pulse and how it can go through walls and still hit people behind cover. I don't beleive this should be in the game, however I can be wrong on whether this is healthy or not for the game

Intentional. Was added way back and is in patch notes.

If it is intentional this needs to be reduced by a lot, either the range needs to go or the number of bounces need to be limited to 1 or 2. As it is a stomp can bounce off a wall go down a set of stairs bounce up to a ledge and still hit a person like it did in this image and video.

It's crazy to give a spell this kind of range while being such a massive size.
