Dynamo Kinetic Pulse stops on geometry where it shouldn't

When standing right where the sidewalk starts in front of the friendly tower in sandbox and casting Dynamo's Kinetic Pulse, the pulse does not go forward and instead gets stuck on the sidewalk's geometry. I don't know if it can happen on the map in a real game, but it could.
