Dynamo Entanglement Alternate Cast Issue

If using Quick Cast for abilities, and Double Tap for alternate cast, Quantum Entanglement's alt cast is inconsistent in taking allies if it works at all. If changing to Press and Hold while Quick Cast is enabled it will work properly. I can provide video example, unsure why this ability behaves this way as all my items self cast without issue using double tap

Was just about to report this issue myself, got completely screwed over in a game because of it. Found the same conclusion as you, quick cast set and alt cast as double tap and it doesn't work with Dynamo 2. Super annoying.
