Dynamo can ult with eshift on

If Dynamo presses ult and eshift at the same time, he can use ult and eshift. This applies to at least Viscous as well. This might not be a bug but I SURE HOPE IT IS!

the timing feels very tight, i dont think you can press them at the same time, but i think you need to press eshift then the next frame press singularity

i tried to do it on a bunch of other characters and the only other characters i could replicate in on where kelvin and rem
