A handful of characters do a slight tumble when stunned, Dynamo however, depending on how long the stun is, tumbles a considerable distance.
This effect is even more pronounced if Dynamo dashes while he is getting stunned. He does not seem to stop moving until the stun-debuff ends, letting him travel 30-40m away, all while being stunned, whereas other characters stand still right where the got hit (as they should, I would assume?)
This is very easy to replicate, simply pick dynamo, get stunned by any source (Infernus ult, Ivy stoneform, Seven stun, etc) and watch Dynamo tumble away from the source. Dash right before the stun hits to go even further.
