Dying and ending up under the map with no way out

A friend of mine, first match, died and respawned under the map, unable to get out. Please add an unstuck button.

There is already an unstuck button, an unstuck command, and a suicide command to get you out of those situations.

Is it in the ESc menu screen? Can you tell how to access in case something happens like that again
