Dyanmo's Ultimate Calculates Damage Wrong

Found what seems to be a bug with Dynamo's Singularity. Against the target dummy I figure it should do 735 damage, but I actually get 1027-1028.
You get 5 ticks of damage per ultimate once you have the second ability upgrade to 3.5s​
Damage ticks at 0s, 1/2/3s, and 3.5s​
Tick damage is just total damage divided by duration (210 in my test)​
So you get 5 ticks each doing a seconds worth of damage spread across 3.5 seconds​

Final tick has slightly reduced damage I couldn't determine why. In my test instead of 210 damage the final tick either did 187 or 188. It should only do 147 damage per tick according to the ability description.

I tested this in the training room using the 3000 HP target dummy and Singularity with full upgrades but no items or boons/buffs:

Personally I'd prefer if you don't reduce Dynamo's ult damage but instead just update the description. His ult if it hits will be a fight win late game or at high-level even without the extra damage. Also it might be kinda nice if Singularity ticked every 0.7s to sync with Escalating Exposure's timer just saying.
