Duplicating Items

I don't know how he did it, but 2 games in a row Trent Tucker had duplicates of the multiple items which to the best of my knowledge can't be done as you can't buy the same item twice. Match IDs 15200 and 15238. In 15200 he's haze with duplicate swift strikers in 15238 he duped superior cooldown and improved reach.
