drops in fps

In mass fights fps drops to 30-40 at minimum graphics settings. my video card is gtx 1660ti. Is this my pc is quite old or just not optimized yet?

I would like to believe that the game has not been optimized yet and that it will be fixed.
If it's not a secret, please write the specification of your PC :3

The game is not badly optimized, but do not forget that this is a closed early alpha access, a lot of things will change before the full release in the open alpha, do not think about the optimization, at release all games from Valve are good with their optimization. But on my PC I get consistently over 270 FPS, even though I have a 4070 TI + I7 14700K, I haven't had a single crash or freeze yet.
