09.05.2024 everything was fine, but for some reason, 05/10/2024 fps drops to 3-5. Fps drop starts already on the main screen. Changing the renderer and lowering the graphics settings do not help. Reinstallation do not help

I will follow the forum section, I hope this problem will be fixed. Judging by the sandbox, the problem occurs due to the processor, since data processing is done on the local machine and 800%+ load is not good.
Also, for details, I have 2 systems on my PC - ubuntu 24 + win 11, I am in case the problem is related to a conflict between the 2 systems

UPD:
Fixed it. I don't know how, but I got the game working again. I reset the bios settings, because I don't know if the processor specifically affects this game or not. I couldn't check it, because the laptop is used for development and there is only one game.
In general, it seems to me that this is an Intel problem. I'll leave the topic for history and search.
