Drifter cannot cast another stalkers mark if on a player even if ready

With superior duration + cooldown item you will have about 1 second of time where another stalkers mark can be launched but cant because you have to teleport first. This makes echo shard for that ability worthless too (unless you miss the 1st)

Suggestion: add an alt cast to stalker's mark to cancel the teleport offer and let you throw another one.
