downward dash is not disabled when on magic carpet (not sure if intended?)

As the title states you can downward dash while on magic carpet, you gain a tiny ammount of speed so it seems like a bug.
This dash also resets if you fly close to ledges and obstacles. seems like an oversight since the item states all actions are disabled.
