down arrow on heroes in street brawl after losing even though ranked isnt tied to street brawl

my shiv has a up arrow and pocket too, played two games of street brawl with shiv and now there is a down arrow after losing? I thought hero mmr and ranked wasnt tied to street brawl, unless hero mmr is, just want some clarification

just to add on to this, had a game get dodged because someone didn't join and i got a down arrow for it???? Doesn't make any sense
