Doorman ult key effect not turning and effects of ult disappear early

I've reported this in the past but it is something that I've not been able to fix and has frustrated me a bit, no mods, no matter what graphic settings i use the effects from the doorman ult disappear early and the key doesn't turn either. Clip below of full settings and an example
