Doorman ult bug, cooldown has 10s

I was playing Doorman and sometimes when I used my ultimate, the cooldown dropped from 70s to 13s. I had previously played against a Doorman who did the same thing. Also, Sinclair, who can copy Doorman's ultimate, also exploits this cooldown reduction bug.

It's not a bug, it's his final upgrade on his ultimate, if the person in the baroness fails to check out (reach the end of the parkour) then your cd is reduced to 13s.

I just found out that's intentional; Doorman's ultimate description says that if the enemy doesn't escape the hotel, the cooldown is set to 13 seconds and doesn't revert to the normal cooldown. Apologies for the inconvenience.
