Located between York Ave, and Broadway, on the roof closer to the Archmother side, shown in pictures, the spot it's placeable and the interior of which only doorman afaik could escape from making it have grief potential. I checked the other three tower things that have the rope leading to buffs and none seemed to have something similar unless I missed it.
