Touching the tops of doors that are opened & coming off walls causes many strange things such as:
Teleporting infront of the door which occurs nearly every time.
Teleporting infront of the door but rotated to a different point which is jarring
Teleporting through the door but higher than the frame (Allows OOB through low ceilings)
Teleporting between both door points
Seems to all be caused by touching the portal through the door model.
Teleporting infront of door just by jumping over door
