Doorman crouch + jump spam pushing into OOB when doors placed at central headroom

1. place first door to place with no space above.
2. place second door to place with little space above, just enough to crouch/slide(?)
3. climb on top of door, spamming crouch/jump
result: player passes though portal pushing him OOB
