The alt luggage cart has no collision with doorman itself. I assume this is a bug because the cart does collide with and push the doorman if he does it through one of his doors (example from movement wiki, see "Self Cart"). This is a minor bug (probably intended to prevent doorman accidentally pushing himself with cart) that prevents some intuitive tech like warping in front of the cart with Warp Stone.
