Just because the other party is cheating doesn't mean you can leave the game. Just have to playthrough the match then report them afterwards.

Leaving will just cause the system to give you a penalty, and that penalty is probably not getting removed before they finish the low priority queues.

Also this isn't the place to post it. Go to the discord report the cheaters and mention that the Haze left due to them cheating. It's the best thing you can do.

This is just the unfortunate state of the game right now. I think a lot of us are waiting for a statement from Valve. The cheating is out of control.
