I've already posted 3 "ready to go" heroes. And this forum has lots of interesting stuff but heroes from Hero Labs got none of that or mby i missed something.....They probably have plenty of their own hero concepts in the pipeline or more holdovers from Neon Prime. They've added multiple fan made items so they definitely read the forum. It's a taller ask to incorporate an entire fan hero concept but they might take inspiration from what they read. If you've got ideas for what you'd like to see in the game, may as well post it.
Early access or not early access it doesnt realy matter, because people are hungry for NEW HEROES, people are hungry for RANKED PICK MODE, people are hungry for NORMAL SPECTATOR MODE because you cant understand a damn thing in teamfights when you watch tournaments when buildings block your vision, i hope someday they add dota2 view when you can watch through buildings.....This game isn't even technically early access, and Hero Labs is an even less developed portion of the game. It's going to be exploring really rough foundations for characters, not necessarily showcasing what they will be. I would trust the devs to look at community feedback in all forums but I would keep in mind also that Hero Labs is an extremely conceptual phase of character creation and it's totally fair for them to explore their own visions as a priority.
it does matter... theyre still working out the game and balancing the heroes they already have. adding more heroes into the game just exponentially increases the work they have. you have new heroes to play in labsEarly access or not early access it doesnt realy matter
you don't get to make demands like this as a playtester as, once again, the game isnt even in early access.people are hungry for NEW HEROES, people are hungry for RANKED PICK MODE, people are hungry for NORMAL SPECTATOR MODE
i think people are right to wonder if a fan made hero will one day be added. there is a forum for it and community items are being added as often as developer made items. i think a fan hero will be added, but it will take a while as they need to first finish the hero labs heroes.it does matter... theyre still working out the game and balancing the heroes they already have. adding more heroes into the game just exponentially increases the work they have. you have new heroes to play in labs

Based on your attitude I'm guessing you're a bit on the younger side. This may surprise you, but game development takes a lot of time. The dev team isn't just making new heroes, they're also updating the game's overall visuals, fixing bugs, managing performance, netcode, matchmaking, etc. While everyone, Valve included, would be happy to have a bunch of new heroes ready to go, it's not something they can do quickly unlike items which are mainly just stat changes and the active effect. If they want to implement a single character's ability, they not only have to create the visuals and sounds, but they also have to program it, ensure it works correctly with all of the other pieces of the game, troubleshoot bugs and issues, balance it, make sure it "feels" right, etc. Multiply that by four for every hero and things can be delayed quite a bit.Well what we got here... No one knows and everybody just guessing.... So lets wait till someone from game creators gives us the answer... if he ever visit this forum
umm no u just copy and paste the hero concept, ability descriptions and stats from the forum post into the hero making machine and it spits out the completed character, model and all....If they want to implement a single character's ability, they not only have to create the visuals and sounds, but they also have to program it, ensure it works correctly with all of the other pieces of the game, troubleshoot bugs and issues, balance it, make sure it "feels" right, etc. Multiply that by four for every hero and things can be delayed quite a bit.
Bro why do we talk about how hard to create game character, is this post about it? i know its hard and time consuming and e.t.c because i made 3 ready to go heroes by myself with 3d models and posted here BUT THIS POST NOT ABOUT IT.Based on your attitude I'm guessing you're a bit on the younger side. This may surprise you, but game development takes a lot of time.
NopeSo not even one admin can take a minut and visit this forum, and mby check this post, and mby give us some answers.......
Thats just another guessing..... And thinking about mirage i doubt that they did tremendous amount of work there.....They definitely read through the forums, but they probably haven't read through much lately, seeing as it is the holiday season. I also believe these to be more inspirational than anything. A tremendous amount of work goes into even just one character. I doubt they'd just lift a character's full kit off any of the forum posts. More likely, single abilities or similar abilities will make it to the game. These are idea posts, not submissions for approval to go live in the game, lol.
