I had a video of mirage from before the patch, matched up the spirit values and tested it on the new patch. It seems that instead of the last stack being 8+4, its now 8x2. This is a 2.0 ratio buff on top of the flat damage increase, making it way stronger than the patch notes suggest.
Djinns mark is currently hitting for 16x instead of 12x, despite the patch notes saying it was only a tooltip change.
