Seems like the UI is bugging out for Divine Barrier when it's on cooldown. Had Divine Barrier display as if the active was up, but it was actually on cooldown.
Might be due to the cooldown change in the previous patch, 6/13/24?
This has happened consistently in multiples games on different characters.
