Disconnecting During Street Brawl Loading Breaks the Lobby

Queued for a Street Brawl game and connected, but a player on the other team disconnected at some point. This resulted in everyone being stuck at spawn with no item selections, unable to move, and after 3-4 minutes no start of the game. Someone else had to leave the game as the original player did not count as abandoned.
