Disconnecting all game, unplayable

since about 3 days ago, I have no issues joining a game but will disconnect from the game as soon as i get into lane, reconnecting to game is no issue as well but the disconnects happen 10-30 seconds in consistently.

I am also having bad network issues, but not disconnecting. About 2 seconds of lag then catching up after.

Same. Ping goes to 500 or whatever, lasts for 30s then disappears. Never experienced this in any other game.

I also have troubles with connection.
The worst thing is that i can't (or dont know how) disconnect without waiting for timeout.
I died while is was in this state, game showed me that i am dead in killfeed, but i still was "controlling" my character.
