Disconnected and got temp banned

My internet went out and I reconnected, won the game, and got temp banned. That seems wrong. I wasn't even the only one who got DCd, seens it was likely an ISP issue. Though my friend at least didn't get temp banned (despite being in the same game and DCing at the same time). I get why the temp ban system is in place and whatnot, but it seems a bit odd to get punished when I came back asap and finished it out.

Same thing happens to me but everytime my game crashes i get stuck on a update thats stuck at %0 for 5mins then it will finally quickly update. everytime this happens i always manage to get back in a finish the match sometimes we win sometimes we lose but every single time i get temp banned for 30mins sometimes 2hours.

Same happened here with a 6 hour ban. I have never even abandoned a match before!

Is that not allowed? If so, apologies. I just wanted the team to know about it and giving a reply seemed like the best way to move the problem closer to their attention. I will stick to the like button next time
