Disconnect on start countdown

I recently had a game where 2 team members disconnected during the game start countdown. When they reconnected, they were still in the pre-match loading zone. They were able to fall off that part of the map but were stuck in a teleporter, instead of spawn. Since the teleporters don't open until 8 minutes in, the game was lost fairly quickly.
