Disconnect/abandon bug before match starts - Affected player is punished for abandoning even if it says safe to leave without penalty.

No idea how to recreate this, it might happen more often if you are in a region with +100 ms ping to official servers

The bug itself:

• You will get connected to a match, it stays on the black loading screen then kicks you out to lobby
• You need to restart the game to reconnect properly
• The match will start with the "Safe to leave without penalty" warning:
  • If the bugged player leaves, they will get the abandon penalty (found this out the hard way)
  • If the bugged players stays till victory/defeat, they will not get the penalty
• Sometimes if you don't reconnect on time, the lobby for that match will close and you'll get penalized for disconnecting

Basically, if you are consistently getting this bug but don't want to be penalized: restart the game as soon as you are kicked back to lobby, reconnect ASAP, and DO NOT LEAVE THE GAME IF IT'S ALREADY ONGOING, even if it says its safe.
