Disarming Hex buff- Let fire rate debuff stay after upgrading it from Rusted Barrel

Before you call me crazy and stupid please think about with me and i will try to explain.

Right now we only have one edge case that i can think of where upgrading Rusted Barrel into Disarming Hex is technically bad that being Haze. Why? Well when she ults she shoots by
using her fire rate stat and as we also know her ult cannot be disarmed
below i attached how her ult interacts with fire rate
blank state (only duration extender so her ult lasts long enough for a kill).

Now why would i suggest such odd buff for only this specific case? Future proofing in case we will end up with more heroes that have abilities that scale off firerate which is more or less inevitable. Item that situationally gets worse after upgrading it sounds just silly imo.
+ Haze can just ult you when you disarm hex rn ignoring the disarm which is annoying lol
 
i would rather have disarming hex just stop abilities that use your gun, like paradox carbine or haze ult.

edit: i still think your change is worth it. another item that suffers from this is surge of power, which loses the +10 spirit power that it gives you.
