DirectX11 Texture Problem on GTX 560Ti GPU

Hi i got these texture issues when i tried game on a system with a gtx 560 ti graphics card.

Yeah, because this card can play games like cs2, fortnite and overwatch 2 without any problems. Isn't it strange that a video card that runs these games gives such a silly error?
